Good Morning Readers!
Just wanted to thank you all for the support again. It's been so much fun and I hope to keep on growing!
I received a wonderful surprise the other day from Tazz of Verita Lane. She awarded me with the Versatile Blogger Award! My first one of these so THANK YOU Tazz!
So, from what I understand, I'm supposed to tell you 7 seven about myself. Here it goes:
1. I'm currently pursuing a Masters degree.
2. I'm a HUGE book worm and I'm currently reading:
3. One of my favorite foods is sushi (I couldn't pick my favorite!).
4. I couldn't pick my favorite designer either so here are a few of my favorites:
ABS - Allen Schwartz |
THE one and only Karl Lagerfeld |
Rebecca Minkoff |
Alexander Wang |
5. My favorite styles icons... also couldn't pick a favorite!
Olivia Palermo |
Lauren Conrad |
Kate Hudson |
Rachel Bilson |
Jeff Koons |
Robert Mapplethorpe |
Andy Wahol - How could I not?! |
Now I'm supposed to pass along this award to other bloggers. I couldn't pick favorites either but I selected the following 5 for the Versatile Blogger Award:
Congratulations!
Have a great day everybody! More outfit posts and giveaway winner on the way!

I do not have the specific link for each photograph displayed as they were all taken from my personal, computer collection over the years. They were all found using Google Images.
Oh, thank you! Although my readers may not be thanking you: I think they hear enough of my personal life.
ReplyDeleteI love your answers. It's great you're pursuing a Master's and like to read. Too few people are educated these days. And I'm impressed you enjoy artists from before your time. I remember when Mapplethorpe was an unknown photographer who did the cover for Patti Smith's best album.
I love sushi too, but ever since we moved to this small town there is no place to get it. sad face.
ReplyDeleteOkay, it's official...I truly think we are besties separated at birth. I too am pursuing a Master's degree at the moment (MBA), and am a HUGE bookworm! I love when fellow fashionistas confess to being bookworms, as well!! :P
ReplyDeleteThanks for the award, my love - you are the sweetest!! :)
Congratulations!!! And thanks for you lovely comment!!
ReplyDeleteSushi is my favorite, too!! :)

I really loved getting to read all your answers - it's so nice to learn some more about you! I just accepted two tags from people within the last week so I'm not going to pick this one up (just because I'm totally sure that people are bored to tears with me by now).

Great little snippet into your life. Always nice to see a personal touch. Well done on the award. I'm also a great lover of Mapplethorpe's stuff. And of course Warhol is really inspirational. I often fantasize about being his fan mail co-ordinator, just reading all the mad things his fans have sent to him.
ReplyDeleteI loved this! I hope you enjoy the book. Stieg Larsson is one of my favourites! Congratulations with this:-) You really deserve it!
ReplyDeleteThe fashion icons ROCK! Totally adore them too :)
